Aaron Mazzrillo
Aaron first started buying property from a wholesaler in Aug 2006. As the market started to collapse he was stuck holding several properties he had purchased with cash from HELOCs that were worth far less than what he paid. Left without cash, but not willing to give up, he turned his attention to studying marketing and negotiation. He quickly adapted and closed several very profitable deals. Instead of following the crowd chasing the REO Brokers or bidding at the trustee sales, he continues marketing to and negotiating directly with sellers creating smart deals with little to no money down and has even gotten paid to buy cash flowing rental properties! Hear live audio of deals he has negotiated and closed!
Ryan J. Skalla
On January 1, 2004 Ryan Skalla “burned his bridges” in the tech industry to give his full attention to real estate investing after having accidentally read ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’. Numerous flips and piles of cash later, Ryan’s now in Estate Building Mode - keeping anything that makes sense using the creative methods he’s learned from great educators such as Jack Miller, Peter Fortunato, Mike Cantu, Clyde Wilson, and others.
Inspired by the generosity of such mentors, Ryan now gives back to the investor community through his involvement in SoCal REIA and private consultations with struggling newbies. Ryan’s favorite method for buying real estate is “subject to” transactions and seller financing – anything that doesn’t involve going to the bank.
